Confetti Salad


Shred:
Carrots
Jicama
Daicon Radish
Red Cabbage
Green Cabbage

Slice:

Red Pepper
Cucumber
Celery
Red Onion

Add:

Baby Greens
Sprouts
Scallions
Parsley
Unsweetened Coconut

DRESSING:

2 tbs. raw Tahini
5 tbs. water
4 tbs. Bragg’s Liquid Amino
½ cup minced scallions
1 tbs. Flax Seed Oil
1 tbs. Sesame Seed Oil
1 tbs. Agave
1 tbs. grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, pressed
¼ tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
Pinch Cayenne
Pinch Ground Cumin
5 tbs. water, or to taste

Place the Tahini in a large jar with a lid.  Add the water gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth.  Add the liquid amino, scallions, oil, agave, ginger, garlic, 5 spice powder, cayenne, and cumin.  Put the lid on the jar and shake until ingredients are blended.  Taste.  Add additional water if desired.
