Figgy Newtons


1 cup dried figs
2-1/2 cups raw walnuts
1 cup unsweetened coconut, finely shredded


Process walnut to medium-coarse meal, put in bowl and add coconut, mix.
Blend soaked figs to a chopped paste.
Add to walnut mixture.  Blend with a spoon until a slightly sticky ball forms


Store balls in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
Will keep 2 weeks.  Yield – about 30 balls
