Gazpacho Salad

1 cup chopped Parsley
1 cup chopped Cilantro
1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
2 Red Peppers, finely chopped
2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
2 cups corn kernels
2 medium Cucumbers, finely chopped

Dressing:  Vinaigrette

6 tbs. Lemon Juice
6 tbs. Flaxseed Oil
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Liquid Amino’s
1 tsp maple syrup, or agave
