MOCK PEANUT SAUCE

1/2 c raw almond butter

1/4 c. water

1 tbs. fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. pure maple syrup or dehydrated cane juice

1 tsp. tamari or bragg's liquid amino

1/2 tsp. crushed garlic

1/2 tsp. grated ginger

dash cayenne

dash salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Stores in a sealed container, will keep for 5 days.
